Vitaflo was delighted to collaborate with Matthews Friends Netherlands-Belgium to host an interactive ketogenic diet workshop and webinar for dietitians based in the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK. The event was chaired by ketogenic dietitian, Dr Elles van der Louw.
The webinar was presented by Professor Eric Kossoff, who discusses the topic of when and how to discontinue ketogenic diet therapy using case studies from his clinical practice. He highlights the challenges of discontinuation from ketogenic diet therapy and how variable and individualised discontinuation strategies can be.
