New Webinar Platform & Multilingual Section

But that’s not all! We are excited to introduce a section on VIA dedicated to hosting French, German & Dutch resources.

Previously when accessing upcoming webinars on VIA there was an additional stage where you needed to re-enter your details in a registration form to secure your space.

Now, once you are logged into VIA you can register with just one click and that’s it!

No extra information to fill in, no extra tabs opening, just a thank you message and a confirmation email securing your place.

You may notice that the webinar platform looks slightly different, this is due to partnering with a new provider ‘SpotMe’. It remains to have all the previous functionality and much more!

It’s simple, just follow these steps:

1. Login to VIA
2. Visit Events Calendar found as ‘Events’ in the top menu
3. Choose which webinar(s) you would like to attend
4. Click ‘Register’

Look out for your confirmation email (from viawebinars@vitaflo.co.uk) as it contains a calendar invite which will provide you with a direct link to the webinar platform, making it easy for you to join at the scheduled time. In advance you have the option to explore the platform, speaker information and biographies to learn more about the experts who will be presenting. 

‘My Homepage’ on your personal VIA profile will provide a list of the webinars you have registered for. Additionally, we encourage you to submit any questions you have in advance. This ensures that the speakers can address your specific queries and provide the most relevant information during the session.

You will also receive reminder emails - one week, one day and one hour prior! You are able to cancel registration at any time.

SpotMe provide a professional modern experience across all devices allowing you to stay connected and engaged with educational content wherever you are!

After registering on VIA, you can download the ‘Eventspace by SpotMe’ app. This will provide a seamless and user-friendly platform to access and engage with VIA webinars from your mobile device or tablet. 

It allows you to stay connected and participate with webinars on the go, ensuring you never miss out on valuable insights and learning opportunities.

You must ensure you use the same email address for both VIA registration and registration on the Eventspace by SpotMe app.

These resources cover a variety of disorder areas as well as country specific webinar recordings, offering insights and discussions tailored to specific regions.

You can find this under ‘Disorder Resources’ in the top menu. Once on the page, choose the country flag that corresponds to your language preference and voila!
