In this talk, recorded for the 13th Vitaflo UK and Ireland Metabolic Dietitians Study day, Sharon Evans introduces a new App developed by the metabolic dietetic team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, called PKU Bite. It is designed to guide people with PKU on making suitable food choices, interpret food labels and how to calculate protein exchanges.
